Description - Description: The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to define the terms and conditions for the supply and transmission of electricity supplying the delivery points of the joint ordering group and the provision of associated services. The subject of the contract includes the services designated below: - The complete supply of electrical energy to the delivery points supplying mainly delivery points that belong to or are managed by the joint ordering group and are located within the scope of this contract (current or future sites: see Article 9 of the Special Clauses (CCP); - Access to the public distribution networks (Enedis) and its use for the delivery points of the joint ordering group
