Description - Description: The "dielectric deposits and heat treatments" resource of the PIMENT platform of the C2N CNRS currently has two rapid annealing furnaces (RTA) typically allowing annealing operations on thin layers deposited on various substrates (Silico n, Gallium Arsenide, Glass). One of these pieces of equipment is 22 years old and has become obsolete for many hardware and IT parts.
