Description - BACKGROUND WSU has a large fleet of motor vehicles, from time to time these need replacement. There is a need to replace some vehicles at this stage. 4. PURPOSE The purchased vehicles will be distributed to the 4 campuses of WSU, Namely East London ( BCC), Mthatha, Butterworth and Komani. This contract will be for an outright purchase, as and when required, for a period of three years.
