6 Pre-Qualification : a) PAN Card in the name of Firm or Individual in case of proprietorship. Selfattested Copy of PAN Card should be enclosed.
b) GST registration. Self-attested Copy of same should be enclosed.
c) The party shall have experience of Supply, Installation, Testing &
Commissioning of Street Light at least one job in last three years.

own cost.
2) Requirement of Qualified team for the effective performance of the job.
3) The agency should take care of any staff or personnel for the said work.
4) Agency should carry out the said work along with material, transport and
all other related work with his own cost.
5) If the workmanship is not found satisfactory, the work order with the
agency will be terminated without any intimation. MSAMB reserves the right
for the same.
6) No advances will be given. The payment will be done as per actual supply
on submission of the bills.
7) The agency shall submit sealed envelope containing the related prescribed
