The Quotation containing the sealed envelope shall be superscribed as follows: "3000 Liters Stainless Steel Water Tank for Bolero” 3000 Liters Stainless Steel Water Tank Manufacturing Leak-proof Welding. Fabrication works. Eco-friendly, No smell / Change in water taste. Low Heat Absorption, No Risk in Water bom diseases. No Water Stagnation and to be fit with Mahindra Bolero including all required utensils: I. One HP HD Centrifugal Triple Impeller Multi Stage Electric Water Pump 2. External Surface Buffing, Polishing & Painting as required 3. External Name & Logo HP Latex Vinyl Laminated Sticker 4. Adding Extra Spring Patta along with alteration works Termsand Conditions: I TIN/PAN/GST on Registration Number is required in the quotation letter. 2. The percentage of GST has to be mentioned 3 The rate should clearly indicate the unit/Nos. 4. The nearest service point should also be indicated in the Quotation. 5. The mode of Payment should be specified 6. The quotation should be prepared in the name of THE REGISTRAR, THE GANDHIGRAM RURAL 1NSITUTE (DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY), GANDHIGRAM - 624302, DIND1GUL DISTRICT, TAMIL NADU. 7 The Quotation should be sent as a scaled enveloped super scribbling "Quotation for **3000 Liters Stainless Steel Water Tank for Bolero” to "The Vehicle In-Charge, The Gandhigram Rural Institute - Deemed to be University, Gandhigram - 624302” should be mailed either by Registered Post or by Courier. 8 The Last date for receiving of the quotation is up to 4.00 PM on 03.06.2024 and the quotation will be opened on the same day.
