Inviting quotations for hiring vehicle
Sealed quotations are invited for providing a Taxi make/ model
of passenger vehicle Toyota Innova on hiring basis strictly on
enclosed terms and conditions. These terms & conditions are not
exhaustive. The complete terms & conditions will be provided with
offer of contract in case your firm is shortlisted for award of contract.

The envelop written "Cover I" should bear heading "The tender for
hiring vehicle for Supplyco". Sender's address with a valid contact
number should be written on the envelop.
The EMD & Tender fees should be enclosed in a separate envelop
written "Cover II" with heading " EMD & Tender Fees for hiring
vehicle for Supplyco" and from Address on the envelop.
The sealed Covers I & II should be enclosed in a master cover with
heading "Tender for hiring vehicle " and should reach Additional
General Manager(P&A), Supplyco Head Office , Maveli bhavan,
KSCSC/1108/2024-D3(ADMN)

Ernakulam, 682020 on or before 20.05.24, Monday, 5:00 pm.
Quotations received after this time and date will not be accepted in
any case.
Terms & Conditions.
1. The hiring will be for a maximum period of one year from the date of
commencement of the agreement.
2. Rate should be quoted for hiring vehicleincluding fuel and
without Driver condition.
3. Vehicle should be in perfect working condition fully conforming to RTO/KMVD
regulations.
4. Vehicle should be owned by the Bidder
5. The expense on consumables including the cost of fuel, lubricating oil, battery,
tyres etc, repair & maintenance cost etc any other statutory charges as per
rule should be met by the owner of the vehicle/ vehicle provider.
6. All periodic service and maintenance should be carried out within the due
period specified for the vehicle.
7. The contractor should agree to meet all the expenses on account of accidents,
causing loss of life/property. Supplyco is not liable to meet any kind of such
expenses.
8. The vehicle supplied should be neat, clean and duly insured- comprehensive
insurance with third party & occupants
9. In the event of non-availability of the assigned vehicle as per agreement the
vehicle provider should arrange for a replacement, meeting all specifications
and complying the same terms and conditions.
10. If there is any failure to arrange vehicle on any day in a month as per the
agreement an amount equal to proportional rate/day and penalty Rs. 500/day
will be deducted from the monthly rent.
11. Payment of hire charges will be made in monthly basis after the submission of
bill by the contractor on completion of each month.
12. Vehicle should have fastag. Fastag charges will be settled on actual
basis up of producing the report along with the monthly bill.
13. GST & Income tax will be applicable as per the rule.
14. An attested copy of the RC and a copy of insurance should be enclosed along
with the filled up quotation
15. In Supplyco reserves full right to discontinue the service of the hired vehicle
at any time without prior notice.
16. Supplyco reserves the right to extend the contract if found necessary.
17. The successful bidder has to execute an agreement on the above conditions in
stamp paper worth Rs.200.
18. The tender fees Rs. 590/- (500+ 18% GST) and EMD of Rs.10000/- in form of
Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation
Ltd , Federal Bank payable at Ernakulam should be enclosed along with the
