The Malabar Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited invites Re-tenders from reputed manufacturers/ suppliers for printing and supplying of 700 Nos. Executive Diaries of the year 2024 for MRCMPU. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Head office of the Malabar Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited, Kozhikode. 2. The bid shall be submitted in two cover system consisting of technical bid and price bid. The price bid of those who qualify in the technical bid only will be opened. 3. Bid Security (Earnest Money Deposit): • The offer should be accompanied by an EMD of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) • The EMD shall be remitted in the Account section, Head Office or through online (Refer Annexure-2). Offers without EMD are liable to be rejected. • The bid security is required to protect the MRCMPU against the risk of Bidder's conduct, which would warrant the security's forfeiture. • The bid securities of the unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded as promptly as possible and upon request (including concerned bank account details), but not later than 30 days after the expiry of the period of bid validity as prescribed in these documents through ONLINE NEFT TRANSACTION. • EMD of the successful bidder should be returned, without any interest whatsoever, after signing the contract. • No interest shall be paid by MRCMPU on the bid security furnished by the bidder. • The bid security may be forfeited if a Bidder withdraws its bid during the period of bid validity specified by the Bidder on the Bid Form; or in the case of successful Bidder, if the Bidder fails to sign the contract 2. Eligibility Criteria: a) The bidder should have experience in supply of Diaries. b) The bidder should submit sample of the executive Diaries at MRCMPU Ltd., Head Office, Kozhikode before the opening date of the bids. Bid without submission of Sample will be rejected. c) The bidder should sign at the bottom of each page as a token of acceptance of the Terms and conditions and specification. d) Proof of the above shall be submitted along with the tender, failure of which will lead to disqualification of the bidder. 3. Documents The documentary evidence of the Bidder's qualifications to perform the Contract if its bid is accepted shall be established to the MRCMPU's satisfaction. To this end, all bids submitted shall include the following information. a. Documents, copies of purchase orders, letter from customers to prove eligibility criteria mentioned above. b. Copy of GST Registration, PAN card and Bank Account details along with a scanned and signed copy of Annexure – 1, filled with all necessary details. c. No Deviation Certificate 4. Price Basis: The bidder shall quote their rates in the schedule attached in the bid document with breakup details. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, packing and forwarding, Loading, Unloading and freight. 4 5. Bid Submission and opening Bidders have to submit their technical bid and financial bid in separate cover along with supporting documents to support their eligibility, as required in this tender document manually or via post. • Technical bid will be opened on the date and time mentioned in critical date’s section. • Opening of Financial Bids: Bids of the qualified bidders’ shall only be considered for opening and evaluation. 6. Validity: The offer should remain valid for acceptance for a period of 90 (Ninety) days from the Date of opening of bids. 7. Delivery: The Diaries shall be supplied within 30 days from the date of receipt of approved artwork to the delivery addresses given below. No of item to each unit will be given while issuing the purchase order. The supplier shall submit draft of the artwork of each item to the head office for approval within 7 days on receipt of the supply order. The item shall be transported and delivered without any damage and all safety precautions shall be ensured. Ensuring supply in time is the essence of this contract. MRCMPU shall not be responsible for any loss occurred to the supplier due to late supply of the material.
