2. Scope of work:-
The scope of work under this package includes for supply, installation and placing of furniture, the main features of works are as below:-_

General Instructions:-
1. The Price Bid, General Condition, Special Condition, Tender Drawing, Qualification Criteria and other conditions can be seen in the tender document downloaded from the website of www.eproc2.bihar.gov.in.
2. The tender should be submitted through e-tendering/e-Procurement portal only. No other form of tender submission will be valid for evaluation.
3. For participating in the above E-Tendering process, the contractor shall have to get themselves registered with the service provider so that user ID, Password and Digital Signature are issued to them. This will enable them to access the website (www.eproc2.bihar.gov.in) and download/participate in E-tender. 4. Tenders duly filled and accompanying all supporting documents, should be uploaded in the e-Procurement/e-Tendering portal as per defined tender schedule/programme, after which no tender would be accepted. The bidder shall submit their eligibility and qualification details in the On-line standard formats given in e-Procurement website. The bidder shall upload the scanned copies of all the relevant certificates, documents which are necessary to support his eligibility criteria at the e-Procurement website. The bidder shall sign and stamp on all the pages of statements and documents, certificates uploaded by him owning responsibility for their correctness/authenticity. It is also desirable to submit one copy (except price bid) of uploaded tender document in hard copy in a separate envelope, self signed on each paper of the document, for comparing in the office of BAU, Sabour upto 15.00 hrs on (Date as written in NIT).
5. The required amount of Earnest Money will be acceptable either in the form of Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in proper format issued by any Nationalized/Schedule Bank issued in favour of. Executive Engineer (Civil), Sabour Payable at Sabour, Bhagalpur or online payment .The original earnest money’ will have to he deposited along with the hard copy of Tender Document in the ojfice of BA U on or before upto 15.00 hrs on (Date as mention in NIT) failing which Tender will be rejected. The earnest money deposited in any other form shall not be accepted.
6. The Bid Processing fee is to be deposited by the bidder through Net Banking i.e. RTGS/NEFT/Debit Card directly to service provider. The Tenderer must ensure that the payment is made before schedule time.
7. The amount of BOQ may either increase or decrease while finalizing it hence the EMD will be paid accordingly.
8. No claim shall be entertained on account of disruption of internet service being used by bidders. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well in advance to avoid last hour’s technical snags.
9. Corrigendum/ Addendum, if any, will be published on the website www.eproc2.biliar.gov.in

11. Undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the Tenders without assigning any reason.

13. The bidder has to submit the email ID & Mobile No of the concerned person of the Bank/Financial Institution from which they has procured B.G for EMD so that the verification of the same should be done immediately.
