Description - Description: The contract includes the removal of 143 parking meters, the supply and installation of 70 new parking meters as well as their maintenance and collection for the operation of the City's on-street paid parking (approximately 2,000 spaces) . This public contract is composite. It includes a part I, at a global and fixed price and a part II, at unit prices in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of articles R.2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
