State Society for Ultra Poor and Social Welfare (SSUPSW) working to protect and promote lthe rights of women,
children, older persons, persons with disabilities (PwDs), ultra poor and beggars by ensuring tleir care, protection,
development, socio-economic and cultural empowerment through enabling policies and programmed
SSUPSW requires the Tally Prime software for implementation of computerized accounling & for efficient
organizational management, roll-up organizational information from each functional Units to the Dept.'s HQ
via synchronization - Easy access/exchange of accounting information across geographies. Design the training
program and Train the personals as per the mandate.
SSUPSW, Bihar, Patna invites bids from qualified reputed, organizations (Original Equipment Mai
Agencies) for the Supply, Installation, synchronization of legacy data, training & maintenance of
across 101 locations in Bihar.

Important information:
1. The contract will be for a period of Two years which may be extended up to a period of one year on same terms &
conditions on satisfactory performance and requirement.
2. Detailed Eligibility Criteria, TOR & Terms & Conditions is available on www.ssupsw.in.
3. The Technical & Financial Proposal should be sealed in two separate envelopes by mentioning the words
"Technical Proposal"! "Financial Proposal" on the respective covers specifically. These t'o envelopes should be
contained in a single sealed envelope superscribed as "Bid for Supply & Installation of 1'ally Prime Software"
and should be submitted through Speed Post/Courier! by Hand latest by 26/09/2023 till 3.00 PM to SSUPSW,

SSUPSW. Bihar, Patna invites bids from qualified reputed, organizations (Original Equipment
rvlanutacturer/ALlthorized Agencies) for suppiy. installation, synchronization o legacy data,
training & maintenance of Ta! ly Prime Software across 101 locations in Bihar.
A Covering Letter on the Company's Letter Head shall be submitted in the pr;seribed format
provided as Annexure-lI of this Bid.
B. About SSUPSW
(I) The State Society For Ultra Poor & Social Welfare, Bihar, Patna is Registered Society under
Societies Registration Act. 1 860 which is under the administrative Control of Deptartment of
Social Welfare, Govt. of Bihar is led by its General Body, from which a n?ore functional
Executive Committee has been formed for taking all policy level decisions r4d advising the
functionaries of the society on the management of Bihar Integrated Social Strengthening
Project (BISPS) and Mukhyamantri Bhikshavriti Niwaran Yojana (MBNY).
(ii) State Level: At the state level, the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) has been formed
and stafièd ith a team of dedicated development professionals from the market/GOB
deputation officer. The BISPS & MBNY projects and the society is headed by a Chief
Executive Officer.
(iii) Buniyad Centres: In 38 Districts of Bihar there are 101 Buniyad in each sub division Centre.
The District Manager leads Buniyad Centre at District Level and the Centre Manager heads
the Bun iad Centres at Sub Division Level.

C. SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work of this project extends to for supply, installation, synchronization of legacy data,
training & maintenance of Tally Prime Software across 101 locations in Bihar & Tally Prime Server at
SSIJPSW State office for a period of2 years.
