Description - Description: This consultation concerns the supply, installation, rental and removal of modular buildings for use as elementary reception rooms. The award procedure used is open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This is an ordinary contract and the services are divided into two (2) lots. The period of execution of the services is approximately 12 to 14 months. However, the City reserves the right to extend this rental period in the event of delays in the rehabilitation work of the two schools.
