1. UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited (UTIITSL) a Government Company
registered under Sec2(45) of the Companies Act,2013, having its Registered office at –
, Plot No. 3, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400 614, invites Sealed Tender in
Single Bid system for Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of UPS SMF
Battery for two years with buy back system at office premises of
UTIITSL/UTIAMC/Other Clients All Over India , as per the enclosed schedule of
quantities, specification, list of materials and as per the terms and conditions
stipulated herein.
2. For any information or clarification on the tender documents intending Bidder may

3. E-mail ID : pravin.bhad@utiitsl.com /aniruddha.dutta@utiitsl.com. The rate quoted
should be inclusive of the cost of materials, labour, equipment, loading and
unloading, removing of debris, cleaning of site, transportation, handing over of site
and all other applicable taxes. But excluding the GST on works contract and shall
remain valid for the period till the completion of the work.
Tenders will be opened at the stipulated time as mentioned on Page no. 1.
Earnest Money Deposit” along with Affidavit are to be enclosed in plain envelopes,
sealed, marked with Tender name and reference number as described in detail
under ‘Instructions’ herein below and deposited in the Tender Box at the specified
location on or before the last date and time as mentioned.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF THE TENDER AND ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER :
Submission of Tender:
1. Envelope No. 1 shall consist of - “Earnest Money Deposit /MSME/NSIC Certificate,
Envelope No 2 shall consist of Tender document relating to fulfilling of
Undertaking / Declaration duly signed as mentioned in checklist of Documents all
page No 60 and Envelope No. 3 shall consist of Envelope No 1, and 2 superscribing
the name of work “Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of UPS SMF
Battery with buy back For Two years at the office premises of
UTIITSL/UTIAMC/Other Clients All Over India” To be submitted at the office
address as mentioned on page No.1
2. Earnest Money accompanying the tender will be accepted only in the form of Demand
Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque of any Nationalized Bank/Approved Scheduled Bank
