NOTICE INVITING TENDER (RETENDER)
The Ernakulam Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited invites
quotations from reputed firms for the Supply, installation testing and commissioning
of CCTV surveillance system at ERCMPU Head Office at Edappally. Interested

1. Bid Security (Earnest Money Deposit):
a. The Bidder shall furnish, as part of its bid, bid security for the amount as
specified in NIT through in the form of Demand Daft drawn in favour of
Managing Director, ERCMPU Ltd. payable at Edappally also the bidder can
pay the amount to the following account of ERCMPU through NEFT/RTGS and
the UTIR No shall be indicated in Tender document.

b. The bid security is required to protect the ERCMPU against the risk of
Bidder's conduct, which would warrant the security's forfeiture.
c. No interest shall be paid by ERCMPU on the bid security furnished by the
bidder.
d. The bid security may be forfeited if a Bidder withdraws his bid during the
period of bid validity specified by the Bidder on the Bid Form; or in the case of
successful Bidder, if the Bidder fails:
I. To sign the Contract
II. To furnish Performance Security
2. Eligibility Criteria.
The Bidder shall furnish, as part of its bid, documents establishing the Bidder's
eligibility to bid and its qualification to perform the Contract if its bid is accepted.
For the purpose of this, bidder shall meet the following qualification criteria as a
minimum.
a. The bidder shall furnish copy of GST registration certificate.
b.The bidder should have proven experience in supply, installation testing and
commissioning of CCTV surveillance system in reputed firms for a minimum
period of last 3 years. They should submit the copy of purchase orders in
support of the above.

c. The bidder shall submit the details of similar previous work undertaken with
full address and contact number and also shall submit satisfactory
performance certificates issued by bidder’s customers.
d.The bidder should have service center at Ernakulam. Details of service
centers should be attached with the tender.
e. Proof of the above should be submitted along with the tender-sealed and
signed by bidder, failure of which will lead to disqualification of the bidder.
f. Detailed brochure or technical specifications of items quoted should be
attached with the tender. Quotations without brochure or technical
specification/submitting brochure is not meeting all the requirement as per
this tender document will not be accepted.
3. Price basis:
The rate quoted should include all expenses for supply, installation testing and
commissioning of CCTV surveillance system at Head office, ERCMPU Ltd,
Edappally. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties,
packing and forwarding, freight, insurance and labour charges. No incidental
expenses will be allowed.
4. Warranty
The supplier should have to guarantee the quality of the equipment/goods
supplied strictly as per specification of contract/purchase order for a period of
24 months for camera from the date of commissioning.
