SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Institute of Management in Government, Thiruvananthapuram invites
Sealed competitive Tenders for the “Kitchen Exhaust hood work-IMG
Canteen,Thiruvananthapuram” as per the specifications detailed in the Annexure
II ( enclosed).
Interested bidders can download the tender documents from the IMG’s
website www.img.kerala.gov.in from 25/3/2023.

The sealed envelopes containing the tender shall be superscribed as
Tender for “the “Kitchen Exhaust hood work-IMG Canteen
Thiruvananthapuram”- “Tenders should be sent to the Secretary, IMG, Vikas
Bhavan P.O, Thiruvananthapuram 695033 so as to reach before 5.00 PM on
11//4/2023. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at
11.am on 12/4/2023. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes
applicable and the delivery and installation charges. Tender will be opened in the
presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be
present at that time. They shall submit the proof of identity/authorization letter
at the time of opening.

Tender should be accompanied by EMD ( 2.5% of total tender
value) and tender fee of Rs.500+GST in the form of DD drawn in favour of
the IMG, Thiruvananthapuram . Tender fee which is not refundable under
any circumstances.The bidders can inspect the site and quote the rate.
The successful bidder has to produce a security deposit equal to
5% of the total quoted value. The work shall be commenced, within 5days
from the receipt of work order.
Payment will be made only after successful installation/
commissioning / testing etc. by the Consultant Engineer. The Director IMG
will have all the rights to accept or reject any /all tenders without assigning
any reason.

ANNEXURE I
Terms and Conditions
1. The tenderer/bidder should be a registered company under Companies Act,
2013 or Proprietorship/partnership firm with at least 1 (one) year experience
on the date of the submission of the tender.
2. Bidders are required to furnish an EMD amount equal to 2.5% of total tender
value and tender fee of Rs.500+ GST in the form of DD drawn in favour of the
IMG, Thiruvananthapuram. Earnest money deposit of unsuccessful bidders will
be refunded.
3. The tenderer / Bidder whose tender is accepted by IMG shall be required to give
a security deposit for faithful performance of the Tender. The total amount of
security deposit shall be 5% of the bid amount. The EMD and the security
amount will not bear any interest.
4. The tenderers / bidders shall quote rates inclusive of all taxes including GST
applicable.
5. The bidder must possess the requisite experience, strength and capabilities in
providing the services. The bidder should produce supporting documents to
prove this and IMG will evaluate these documents

8. No advance payment shall be permitted under any reason whatsoever. IMG will
release the payments, on receipt of bill or undisputed relevant documents.
9. IMG will have all the right to accept or reject any / all bids without assigning any
reason.
