Whereas, the High Court of Gujarat intends to invite offers through sealed
Bids for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance of Part-A:
Display Unit for VC System with HDMI Cable; Part-B: Projector with Screen;
Part-C: USB Hard Disk (with External Power Adapter) and Part-D: Document
Visualizers, for District Judiciary, this Request for Proposal (RFP) document is
published as follows:
1. Items, Quantity and Technical Specifications:
a. (i) PART-A : 774 Nos. of Display Unit for VC System with HDMI Cable
of the specifications as given in Annexure-T1 of this RFP.
(ii) PART-B : 327 Nos. of Projector with Screen of the specifications as
given in Annexure-T2 of this RFP.
(iii) PART-C : 327 Nos. of Western Digital WD 4 TB My Book Desktop
External Hard Drive - USB 3.0 with external power adapter or similar
or equivalent or higher with 3 / 5 Years Onsite Warranty.
(iv) PART-D : 70 Nos. of Lumens DC172 Document Camera or similar
or equivalent or higher with 3 / 5 Years Onsite Warranty
b. OEM published Specifications Datasheet shall have to be submitted for
each offered make & model with seal and signature of the Bidder.
c. The quantity may vary at the time of actual issuance of purchase order.
During the validity of Bid, High Court of Gujarat can place purchase
order for above items of more or less quantity at the finalised rates
under this Tender, hence the successful Bidder will have to accept
purchase order during the validity of Bid period.
d. The Bidder may quote for either Part-A or Part-B or Part-C or Part-D or
all Parts. The Bidder can offer more than one make & model for each or
any of the Parts for both the warranty option. Purchase Order for each
Part will be issued separately.
e. The High Court may place a Repeat Purchase Order of quantity, not
more than 50% of total quantity given in the Purchase Order, for either

of the Part or all Parts, within the period of 6 months from the date of
Purchase Order at the finalised rate.
2. Eligibility Criteria of the Bidder:
a. Bidder shall be a registered firm/company in India under the relevant
rules/regulations.
b. The Bidder must have one office in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar and copy
of any two documents i.e. Property Tax Bill/Electricity Bill/Telephone
Bill/VAT/CST Registration/Lease Agreement should be submitted in
support of the same.
c. The Bidder must be actively involved in supply of Computers, Servers
and / or ICT hardware for at least three continuous years prior to the
publication of this RFP, as authorised distributor / dealer / seller /
reseller of Computers, Servers and / or ICT hardware with OEM
authorisation certificate to be submitted.
d. The Bidder must bid with an OEM authorisation certificate specifically
for this RFP.
e. The Bidder must have a total sum of turnover of Rs.30 Crore (minimum
total for all three years taken together) in the three financial years i.e.
2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022; and turnover of the financial
year 2021-2022, should be at least Rs.10 crores. The copies of Audited
Annual Accounts for these three financial years, with certification of the
Chartered Accountant shall be submitted along with the Bid as per
Proforma P1.
f. The product being offered by the Bidder must be of an OEM company
having authorised service centres at major cities of Gujarat State;
supported by an authenticated list of service centres situated across
the State of Gujarat.
g. Bidders, who wish to participate in this Bid, will have to submit
