Description - The Council of Europe Development Bank is launching a call for expressions of interest for the selection of qualified service providers as part of a Competitive Dialogue for supply, integration, training and maintenance of a Finance-Management/HRIS E RP. In this context, the CEB plans to make its first acquisition of an ERP finance-management/HRIS system to support budgetary control, analytical accounting, purchasing, expenditure processing and payment, property management, HR and possibly travel management.
