Technical Specification for Supply of 3D Bioprinter
The printer should allow printing of hydrogel biopolymers, temperature sensitive materials, thermoplastics, and other biomaterials. Bidder should attach case studies/papers of system being used in above applications

Requirement Specification
1 Technology: 1. Printer must consist of minimum three printheads slot, with option to have user interchangeable printhead. 2. The system should have the capability of attaching different types of printhead like Pneumatic, Temperature controlled. Thermoplastics Print Head. Inkjet Printhead, Syringe Head Print head and Photocuring Print head. 3. The bioprinter should consist of built-in filter unit with UV-C germicidal light for aseptic chamber.
2 Printheads Compatibility System should support (in any combination) printheads with the following specifications:
1. Pneumatic Control Printhead Size: 3ml or 10 ml Temperature Range: 30 °C - 60 °C or higher - Temperature Precision Control: 0.5°C or better
2. Temperature Control Printhead Temperature Range 4 °C to 60 °C at least. Easy transition of temperatures within a brief time.
3. High Temperature Printhead for Thermoplastics and Equivalent Materials Temperature Range: Room Temperature to 250 °C or higher Should have exchangeable stainless-steel cartridges of 10ml or higher volume Interchangeable nozzles with range 0.2mm to 0.8mm
3 Photocuring UV Light Based The system must accommodate usage of UV lights between the range of 365nm to 520 nm. - Should allow the flexibility of deciding the photocuring duration and frequency.
4 Consumables to printwide range of bio-inks Empty cartridges with end and tip caps. 3 mL (10 pieces) - Empty cartridges without end and tip caps, 3 mL (50 pieces) - CELLMIXER Kit - CELLMIXER Part 4 - Mixing Unit Sterile 5pcs Female/Female luer lock adaptor (50pieces) - Sterile high-precision conical bioprinting nozzles, 50 pieces 25G Sterile high-precision conical bioprinting nozzles. 50 pieces 22G - Petri Dish - 6 Well Plates - Air Adaptor Connector (3 pieces) Sterile high-precision blunt needles 22G, 50 pieces, 6.35 mm (0.25 inch) Sterile high-precision blunt needles 25G, 50 pieces. 6.35 mm (0.25 inch)
5 Build Volume: X= 120-150 mm Y = 90-100 mm Z = 80-100 mm Should allow use of Multi well plates, petri dishes and glass slides.

9 Pressure System should have an inbuilt / separate oil-free compressor that provides pressure up to 500 Kpa or more and the system can withstand a pressure range between 0 to 700 KPa
10 Pre-Processing Software Systems should have a pre-processing software with the following features: The software should work in an offline mode, single software of design and controlling the system 3D Design and CAD Features: to allow users to design various shapes for 3D models. Visualize and edit parameters during the printing process. Software should be from the same OEM, Use of external 3rd party software in not permitted. The interface must be through a LED/LCD display of at least 5'.
11 Certification The printer must be certified.
