Description - The purpose of this contract is the supply and installation of a pumping unit with an effluent abatement system for RTP (rapid thermal processing) thermal treatment equipment. This contract includes the following options with optional costing: o Heat exchangers heating and cooling systems; o Electrical transformer; o Transport, insurance included, according to DAP CEA Grenoble conditions (Incoterms ICC 2020 Convention); o Solution of a system without reduction of nitrous oxide (N20)
