specification to PFRDA – Reg.
1. PFRDA invites sealed Quotation from OEM / OEM Authorized Reseller / Partner
located in Delhi/New Delhi/NCR for supply 1 no. of Apple Ipad Mini Tablet and
its cover to Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) as per
the required specification.
2. The above items are to be delivered at the following address:

Terms and Conditions:
1. The Quotes shall be submitted in a sealed envelope - marked as ‘Quotation for
supply of One no. of Tablet and its cover to PFRDA’ and shall contain the price
quotation for the items specified in para 2.
2. The vendor shall submit the following documents in the sealed envelope along
with the Quotation:
a. Proof certifying that the bidder is Authorized Reseller / Partner/OEM
b. GST Registration details (Self certified copy)
c. Price Quotation as per the prescribed format given at Annexure A.
3. The sealed envelope shall reach at PFRDA office latest by 3:30pm, 14
th
December, 2023.
4. Please note that the documents required as per para 2 are essential and prerequisite for evaluation of Quotes. Any vendor who have not submitted the above
documents, their Quotes will not be evaluated.
5. PFRDA will award the supply order to the vendor whose Quote will be determined
to be lowest among the quotes submitted by the vendors exclusive of taxes as
applicable. Such vendor would be defined as L1 vendor. In case there are 2 or
more L1 vendors PFRDA will determine the L1 vendor through a lottery.
6. The selected L1 vendor has to deliver the items as mentioned in Para 2 within 30
calendar days from the date of issue of Purchase Order.
7. The submitted Quotes as per Annexure A will be valid for 90 days
8. Vendor has to submit the Quotes in compliance with the required configuration
only, duly signed by the authorised person Quotes for items other than
configurations specified above will be summarily rejected.
9. PFRDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids without
assigning any reasons.
10. Payment shall be made on receipt of invoice and after successful delivery and
installation of the above items in PFRDA office.
