Description - North Hertfordshire District Council 'the Council' currently supplies, maintains, and monitors assistive technology to 580 users living with epilepsy in Hertfordshire. The Council seeks to procure epilepsy monitoring equipment which is easily adjusta ble, durable, and, suitable for storage in vans.
