Description - Description: The purpose of these contracts is the supply of bedding plants and bulbs. They are subject to the Public Procurement Code, hereinafter "the Code". They are subject to the provisions of the CCAG "Current Supplies and Services" approved by Order of March 30, 2021. They are awarded according to the open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code.
