Description - This framework agreement defines the specifications of the materials and products relating to the supply of cationic emulsions containing 69% bitumen intended for: - the production of surface wear coatings (Esu) (Lot no. 1); - the production of maint enance work in Pata (Lot no. 2). The description of the supplies and their technical specifications are indicated in the C.C.T.P. The services include the supply, transport and storage, on a site located in Auch or within a 15km radius, bitumen emulsion including stripping operations in community trucks. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount for each batch
