Expression of Interest
E.O.I. (EXPRESSION OF INTEREST) is being invited from the interested parties for empanelment
with NIPER-Hajipur for supply of Cereals, Pulses, Vegeltable Cooking Oil for monthly supply
Expression of Interest is invited from the interested parties for empanelment with Mess Committee,
NIPER, Hajipur for supply of package consisting of Cereals, Pulses, Vegetable Cooking Oil of good
quantity for monthly supply to NIPER, Hajipur.
The parties fulfilling the eligibility criteria may submit their proposal, addressed to Dr. D.Mandal,
Warden, Mess Committee, NIPER, Hajipur on or before 10.04.2024 up to 02.00 PM along with the
hard copy of required documents in a sealed envelope at .

Govt./Cooperative Federation of minimum 2 Lakh
amount in each year in last two Financial Years.

the party has not been debarred
or blacklisted by any Centre /
State Government Department,
Cooperative in India.
Copy of undertaking should be submitted in this
regard.

4. Terms and conditions for Empanelled suppliers
i. The nutritional items of demand of indenting agency shall be supplied by the supplier
duly packed as per quality specifications and standards which should priority be
approved by Mess Committee of NIPER, Hajipur.
ii. Product will be supplied in packed form as per requirement of Mess Committee, NIPER,
Hajipur.
iii. The supplier will be responsible for quality and quantity of product supplied.
iv. Mess Committee, NIPER, Hajipur will release payment to suppliers immediately or within
7 days after successful execution of orders and completion of documents.
v. The empanelment will be for a period of 6 months, which may be extended for another
6 months after mutual consent. The quoted rates will be valid for minimum 3 months
supply.
vi. The supplier will be solely responsible for consequences for any violation of the FSSAI,
Act 2011 and connected rules. Any issue related to quality will be responsibility of the
supplier.
vii. In case, the supplied stock is rejected, the successful supplier shall have to replace the
stock, at his own cost and risk, within seven working days from date of intimation of
rejection of stock.
viii. The supplier is bound to send the material at the prescribed locations as stated in the
supply / work order issued to the supplier at his own risk and cost. The transportation
cost and the transits risk are to be borne by Supplier.
ix. The complete details of supply, destination, packing etc. along with the quantity
required will be as per the terms of Mess Committee, NIPER, Hajipur requirement, which
will be issued to the shortlisted party along with the supply order.
x. If the information and facts provided by the manufacturer are found to be misleading or
incorrect, the Mess Committee, NIPER, Hajipur reserve the right to terminate the
contract immediately.
xi. Mess Committee, NIPER, Hajipur reserves the right to accept / reject any or all offers
without assigning any reason. |
