22.वनविदादस्तािेज़ोकोजारीकरनेकेवलएपाितामानदंड/Eligibility Criteria for Issue of Tender Documents –जोवनविदाकारवनम्नवलवखतपाितामानदंडकोपूणयकरेंगेकेिलिेहीतकनीकीरूपसेयोग्यमानेजाएगे/Only those tenderer whosatisfy the following eligibility criteria will be technically qualified:क्रं.सं.Sl. Work executed as sub-contract or joint-venture will not merit for eligibility/evaluationc.वनविदाकारकेपासवनम्नवलवखतहोनेचावहएः/The tenderer should posses the following:i.वजलेमेंअददिासीवनिासीकेवलएऄनुसूवचतजनजावतप्रमाणपि/Schedule Tribe certificate for tribal resident in Meghalaya state.या/OR, ii.ऄन्योंकेवलएखासीवहल्सस्िायत्तवजलापररर्षद ( केएचएडीसी ) सेट्रैडलाआसेंस/Trade license from Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) for others.सक्षमऄवधकारीकेद्वारा/From Competent Authorityवनविदाकेसाथजमादकयाजाएगाऄन्यथाप्रस्तािपरविचारनहींदकयाजाएगा।Shall be submitted along with the tender otherwise offer will not be considered.3.वनविदादस्तािेज़इ- वनविदािेबसाआटwww.tenderwizard.com/ISROसेडाईनलोडदकयाजासकताहै।मािवनविदादस्तािेज़डाईनलोडकरनेसेहीवनविदाकारबोलीलगानेकेवलएहकदारनहींहोजाताहै।वनविदाकारद्वाराऄपलोडदकयेगयेदस्तािेज़बादमेंविभागद्वारासत्यावपतदकयेजाएँगे।यददिेऄपेक्षानुसारनहींपाएगएतोऐसेप्रस्तािऄस्िीकारकरददएजाएगें।/The tender document may be downloaded from e-Tendering website www.tenderwizard.com/ISRO. Downloading of tender documents alone will not make a tenderer eligible for participating in the bidding. The documents uploaded by the tenderers will be subjected to verification subsequently by Department. If found not meeting the requirement, such offers will be rejected.
34. (a) वनविदाओंकेसाथवनदेशक, एनइसैक, ईवमयम, मेघालय, एसबीअइ, बरापानीकेपक्षमेंजारीदकसीऄनुसूवचतबैंककेमाँगरसीदमेंजमा/ वमयाददजमारसीद/ वडमांडड्राफ्टकेरूपमेंयाऄनुसूवचतबैंकद्वाराजारीबैंकप्रवतभूवतकेरूपमेंईपरोक्तपैरा (1) मेंवनधायररतमूल्यकीबयानारावशजमासंलग्नहोनीचावहए।बयानारावशजमावनविदाओंकीप्राविकीवनयतवतवथसे 180 ददनोंतकिैधहोनीचावहए।/Tenders should be accompanied with Earnest Money Deposit for value specified in Para 1 above, in the form of Deposit at Call receipt/ Term Deposit Receipt of any Scheduled Bank issued in favour ofDirectorNESAC, Umiam, Meghalaya, payable at SBI, Barapani(or) in the form of Bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank. Earnest Money Deposit shall be valid for 180 days from the due date of receipt of tenders.(b)वनविदालागत/इएमडीकीछुटकादािाकरनेिालीएमएसएमइयूवनटोंकोएमएसएमइईद्योगअधारज्ञापनकेसाथवजलाईद्योगकेंद्र (डी.अइ.सी) /खादीएिंग्रामईद्योगबोडय (के.िी.अइ.बी.) /कॉआरबोडय/राष्ट्रीयलघुईद्योगवनगम(एन.एस.अइ.सी.) / हस्तकलाएिंहथकघायवनदेशालयऄथिाएम.एस.एम. मंिालयद्वारावनर्ददष्टऄन्यदकसावनकायद्वाराजारीपंजीकरणप्रमाणपिप्रस्तुतकरनाहोगा।ज्ञापन/प्रमाण-पिमेंवनविदाकीवनयततारीख/विस्ताररतवतवथकेऄनुसारमान्यहोगा।/The MSME units claiming exemption of Tender cost/ EMD should submit MSME UDYOG ADHAR MEMORANDUM along with registration certificate issued by District Industries Centre (DIC) / Khadi & Industries board (KVIB)/ Coir band / Nationa |
