Description - Description: The requirement is split into 2 lots:• Lot 1: Supply of 34,320 cut integrated circuits, encapsulated in FPBGA350 HD packages for the OMEGA laboratory of the CNRS.• Lot 2: Supply of 85,590 cut integrated circuits, encapsulated in FPBG A376 LD packages for the OMEGA laboratory of the CNRS.These integrated circuits will be used for the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) which is a particle physics experiment at the LHC at CERN.Each lot is equivalent to a contract.For each lot, the contract is concluded at a global and fixed price for all the services to be performed and described in the contractual documents of the contract.notice_title: Supply Of Cut, Encapsulated Integrated Circuits
