Description - Description: The requirement is split into 2 lots • Lot 1 Supply of 34,320 cut integrated circuits, encapsulated in FPBGA350 HD packages for the OMEGA laboratory of the CNRS. • Lot 2 Supply of 85,590 cut integrated circuits, encapsulated in FPBGA 376 LD packages for the OMEGA laboratory of the CNRS. These integrated circuits will be used for the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) which is a particle physics experiment at the LHC at CERN. Each lot is equivalent to a contract.
