The subject of the order is the successive wholesale deliveries of diesel oil according to the currently applicable Polish Standard PN-EN 590 or an equivalent standard, in a quantity not exceeding 1200 m3, taking into account point 3. 2. The type of diesel oil supplied must be adapted to the existing climatic conditions during the term of the contract.3. Under the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to quantitatively reduce the order of diesel oil, depending on the needs resulting from current transport tasks, provided that the ordered quantity of oil will not be less than 1000 m3.
