E-Tenders are invited for the supply of ' Dual Intel Xeon Scalable Processor based Heavy Computing Workstation' as a part of SERB- SURE Project of Dr. Renjith. R. Assistant Professor , Department of Physics of this College. The e-tender will be accepted till 10.00 am on 07/06/2023. The E-Tenders will be opened at 11.00 am on 07/06/2023. Details with respect e-tender and the details of specification of the materials to be purchased can be obtained from the e-tender website address, e-tenders.kerala.gov.in from 24/05/2023. The Cost of the Tender form is Rs.1500/- (Rupees One thousand and Five Hundred Only) . Along with Tender, EMD @ 1% of the amount tendered, subject to a minimum of 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred Only) should also be submitted through Online. Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected.The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the attested copy of exemption order. The Price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Otherwise rate of taxes charged upon each item should be quoted against the prices of each item. The rate quoted should be valid upto 31/03/2024. Scanned copy of the Agreement in the prescribed format in Kerala Stamp Paper worth 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) should be submitted online and original to the Undersigned before the opening of e-tender. The deposit 5% value of the contract as Security Deposit. After receiving the Supply Order the Item should be supplied in the College Office within 7 days at the cost of the firm itself. The payment will be effected only after the successful completion of the supply of the item. If the opening date of the e-tender is declared as holiday then the same will be postponed to the next working day. The right of acceptance and rejection of e-tender without assigning any reason is solemnly vested with the Principal,University college,Thiruvananthapuram.
