Description - Description: The Department wishes to contribute to the nutritional and taste quality of meals prepared by the Culinary Preparation Unit (UPC) and served in colleges representing an average of 3,700 meals per day. This contract concerns the supply of edible oils (for seasoning only) as part of an approach to developing direct supplies of agricultural products, and from an environmentally friendly production method, and intended to reduce the environmental impacts of food consumption.
