Description - Description: This contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement (5 maximum) with subsequent contracts, the purpose of which is the supply and transmission of electricity from renewable sources to the sites managed by ARTE France.The contract includ es the services designated below:- the complete supply of electrical energy to the delivery points (PDL) of ARTE France, which will be detailed in subsequent consultations as well as the services defined in the Special Clauses;- access to the public electricity distribution network and its use for the delivery points under a single contract;- the mission of balance responsible party in accordance with Article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code.notice_t
