The subject of the order is the supply of electricity together with the distribution service for the needs of the National Support Centre for Agriculture, Local Branch in Olsztyn in the period from 01.03.2025 to 31.08.2027.2. The supp ly of energy will take place on the basis of a comprehensive agreement containing the provisions of the sales agreement and the agreement on the provision of energy transmission or distribution services, referred to in art. 5 sec. 3 of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2024 item 266, as amended).3.
