Description - Description: The service provider must visit the facilities annually to check the proper functioning of the fire equipment of the City of Decines, and recharge the fire extinguishers if necessary.The contract also provides for the acquisition of new equipment for new installations and/or the replacement of obsolete equipment in view of fire safety regulations.This is a single-awardee framework agreement executed by purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code with a maximum and no minimumThe order amount for the initial period is limited to €60,000.00 excluding VAT.The order amount for each renewal is limited to €20,000.00
