Description - Description: Summary of the market: The purpose of this consultation is the supply of various foodstuffs intended for school catering in the municipality of CILAOS. The services are remunerated on the basis of unit prices and are the subject of a sin gle-award framework agreement concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount for the total duration of execution, renewal periods included for each of the lots, in accordance with in articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement sets out all contractual stipulations. It is executed by issuing purchase orders notified as and when required under the conditions provided for in articles R.2162-13
