Description - Description: This consultation concerns the supply of foodstuffs necessary for the operation of the Morillon and Penthièvre holiday centres in the town of Choisy-le-Roi. This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders at a unit price wit h no minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount in application of Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code. The annual maximum amounts are indicated in the consultation regulations. The framework agreement is concluded from 01/01/2025 or from its notification date if this is after 01/01/2025 until 31/12/2025.
