Description - Description: Food supplies for municipal cateringThe central kitchen produces 5,700 meals per school day in hot delivery and delivers raw foodstuffs for 9 Early Childhood care facilities. This lot (formerly lot 8) of the food contract concerns the su pply of fresh fruit and vegetables. Deliveries must be made daily, from Monday to Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. to the central kitchen. The fruits and vegetables delivered must be ripe to be consumed within 48 to 72 hours (unless otherwise specified on the order form). The packaging must be adapted to the needs of the different services: large packaging for the production of 5,700 school meals and small packaging for the production of meals
