Description - To meet the needs of firefighters involved in various long-term interventions, the Bouches-du-Rhône departmental fire and rescue service is required to provide rescuers and even populations at the intervention sites, at the demand, in a very short t ime, easily usable balanced meals, packaged in individual boxes called rations. These rations will be consumed mainly in summer, during forest fires, but also during climatic phenomena such as snowy episodes and/or floods. Their implementation must be, for this purpose, as simple as possible.
