Tender/Quotations are invited for supply of HT Cable as required in Schedule “A” at Kerala
Cricket Association (KCA), KCA Complex, Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud PO, Trivandrum -
695014 from reputed firms/agencies/companies having valid licenses and sanctions and shall
have experience in the field of providing these items for a minimum period of three years to
quote their best offers at Hon.Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association (KCA), KCA Complex,
Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud PO, Trivandrum – 695014, Ph:0471 2326522.

EMD should be in the form of DD in favor of the Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association,
Thiruvananthapuram, payable at Thiruvananthapuram and Bid Document fee should be
remitted to the A/C No. 13800100303237 IFSC: FDRL0001380 Bank: Federal Bank
Ltd., Palarivattom, Ernakulam Branch and downloaded bank payment receipt should be
submitted along with the Tender Documents.
Terms and Conditions
1. All Communications shall be addressed to the Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association,
K.C A Complex, T.C-28/152, Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram,
695014 only.
2. The EMD of INR.15,000/- should be in the form of DD in favor of Kerala Cricket
Association, Thiruvananthapuram, payable at Thiruvananthapuram Bid document
fee of Rs.1200/- (including GST) should be remitted online to the account number
given and UTR receipt should be submitted along the Bid documents. Only Internet
Banking is allowed as mode of payment for Bid document fee.
3. The Bid shall be opened at the office of Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association,
K.C.A Complex, T.C-28/152, Sasthamkovil Road, Thycad, Thiruvananthapuram,
695014 on the date and time mentioned above. If the date fixed for opening of
tenders happens to be a holiday, tender shall be opened on the next working day at
the same time.

2. UTR receipt of the Bid document fee.
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANT
Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before filling up the document.
• Incomplete Documents will be rejected.
• The applicant should be in the business of providing supply of HT Cable for a
minimum period of 3 years as on May 31, 2024.
• The supply of HT Cable shall have to be made at KCA Cricket Ground,
Mullassery, Murukumpuzha, Mangalapuram, Trivandrum – 695317
• Any other terms and conditions of offer to be mentioned separately.
• The envelopes containing quotations SUPERSCRIBED “Tender – Supply of HT
Cable at Mangalapuram” , & The “Technical Bid” and the “Financial Bid” shall
be enclosed in separate sealed covers superscribed as “Technical- Supply of HT
Cable at Mangalapuram” and “Financial- Supply of HT Cable at
Mangalapuram” to be addressed to Hon.Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association
(KCA), KCA Complex, Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud PO, Trivandrum – 695014
by courier/speed post/register or may be dropped in a tender box kept at the
reception of KCA during office, Thycaud, Trivandrum.
• Sealed quotation must reach the office of the KCA by 10th June 2024, 3PM.
• The quotes will be opened on 10th June 2024, 4 PM onwards.
