3. Item wise Quantity may be increased or decreased at the time of issuing supply order.
4. Supplies are to be made to the office of the undersigned within 7 days of issuing work order.
5. The department reserves the right to reject any or all quotations at its own discretion without
any reason thereof.
6. The rate should be quoted in Indian Rupees (both in words and figures) only. Corrections, if
any, shall be made by crossing out and rewriting with proper attestation.
7. Payment shall be made after receiving materials in good condition and with requisition
quality.
8. Bills in duplicate along with recipient challans are to be firnished to the office of the
unders igned for payment.
9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bidders without assigning
any reason whatsoever.
10. The date and time of opening the said quotation may be change in any other circumstances.
11. The Quotation notice is valid for up to 3 months or up to 1 lakh(in INR).
