Sealed competitive tenders, super scribed ’No. 8/A1Z2023/IUCBR&SSH(5) Dated: 13.022023'. are invited from reputed firms for the supply and installation of Laminar Air flow (Vertical) 3yra Warranty ♦ 2yrs AMC (1 btomber) at Inter University Centre for Biomedical Research and Super Speciality Hospftal (IUCBR & SSH) so as to reach the office of the undersigned not later than 3.00 PM on 27.02.2023 Tenders wil be opened at 4:00 PM on 27.02.2023

Should provide double filtered dean air through prefilters (10 pm) & HEPA filters (*CLASS 1001. basically constructed out of stainless steel (SS-304 or better) cabinet with no pints, with smooth comers and the exterior epoxy water and Chemical proof Poly Urethane coated

• Vertical air flow (1/5 HP motor-1440 RPM or motor capacity to attain airflow as per detailed under item 5 below)
• Wort table made of S.S. table top and side panels. Static indined pressure manometer and cocks for gas and vacuum at the user's right hand side. Two electrical plug points are to be provided on the left. U.V lamp. Fluorescent ight to be also provided.
• Air flow and Filtration: Double filtration of air through 10 pm pre-filer and 03 pm highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency particular Air-deep pleat) filler having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP to retain all air-bome particles of size 0.3 micron and larger Spare 11 additional HEPA filer] to be quoted and supplied.
• Double filtered air blows in laminar flow to the worktable at designed velocity of 90 ft/min ± 20%. Noise level less than 65 db at work area, and vibration 0.00005 cm of wort table. Size: 3’x2’

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) calculated @ 1% of the Purchase Assessment Cost (PAC), subject to a mnimum of Rs.1500/-, should be paid by the firm. The E.M.D. should be furnished in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director. IUCBR & SSH along wrth seated tenders

Tender form and other details can be had from the office of IUCBR & SSH on all working days, by paying the Tender Fee @ 0.2% of PAC rounded to the nearest multiple of Rs.100, subject to a minimum of Rs.400/- and maximum of Rs.1500/- ♦ GST @ 18%.
(The bidders can remit the Tender tee and EMD to IUCBR&SSH bank account online or by DD, bank details are given in tender form page no.7)
For ensuring the guarantee, terms and conditions, etc. relating to the article supplied, an agreement on stamp paper worth Rs.20Qf-(Rupees Two Hundred only) must be submitted by the qualified bidder along with a Security Deposit @ 5% of the PAC.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
1. The quoted price should be inclusive of all taxes/freght/lnstallalion etc.
2 Customs/ Excse Duty exempted price should also be quoted
3. The lenders should have at least three months validity
4. Brochure of different models quoted should be enclosed
5. Warranty conditions, nearest servicing centers details, user reference necessary supporting catalogues and demonstration should be provided
6. The right to accept or reject tenders without assigning any reason rests entirely with the undersigned
7. If the product has a Valid DGS & D rate contract, it may be quoted
8. If the date of receipt and openng of tenders is declared a holiday, the next working day shall be the last day for the purpose
