Sealed quotations are invited to supply of matenals & laying charges of underground cable at Govt. General Hospital. Karaikal as described below:

b) Laying charges of 3 'A X 120 sq.mm LT UG cable including covering of brides with sand cushioning as required - 110 mts.
c) Supply and erection of 1No. 100A Mam Switch
d) Supply and making 3 'A X 120 sq.mm cable end termination including gland ferroles and lugs as requ red - 8 Nos
The sealed cover of the quotation with superscript ’Quotation for UG Cable replacing leading to surgery ward block " to bo addressed to the Medical Superintendent. Govt General Hospctal, Karaikal-609602, so as to reach ths office on or before 08.5.2024 at 4.00 PM and the bid w il be opened at the same time. The following terms and conditions to be followed in case an order is placed with you:

The materials to bo supplied shall be as per ISO standards.
The purchaser will not pay separately for transit, insurance. The supplier should be responsible until the stores arrive m good condition at the destination and for this purpose the rates quoted should be inclusive of insurance charges, GST, if applicable
3 . Payment: Payment will be made by Demand Draft «CS after completion of the work sabsfactoniy
as per standards
4 . Validity The rate once quoted and approved wil be final for three months from the date of acceptance and no deviation n rates will be allowed. Supply and installation shall be done immediately after receiving the supply.'work order
5 Work Bdders may visit the location dunng office hours with prior permlsson of the
undersigned The materiaVwork which are not conformng to the specifications/ standards wn be not be accepted at any cost
6 Rejection: Quotatlons-'lrrvoices not having GST number will not be entertained Quotations
received either in person-toy post, after the due date, will summarily be rejected. Tne undersigned reserves tne ngh: to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof. If the due date happens to be a publ-c/iocal holiday then the quotation will be opened on the next working day
