Description - This consultation concerns the provision of cold meals to school restaurants. The "school catering" service is primarily intended for children attending elementary and nursery schools in the City. On average, nearly 700 meals are served each school d ay in the 5 after-school catering areas. This service also concerns children aged 3 to 12 at the “les garrigues” leisure center (ALSH), on Wednesdays and during school holidays (over 5 days).
