The supply is intended for a one-year duration (2023-24). The tender details are as follows 1. Estimated Amount Rs. 1,49,000.00 2. Last date & Time of receipt of sealed tenders. 04.08.2023, 03.00 PM 3. Last date & Time of opening of sealed tenders 04.08.2023, 04.00 PM 4. Cost of Tender forms (exemption allowed upon submission of valid documents as per existing laws) ₹300/- + GST @12% 5. EMD (exemption allowed upon submission of valid documents as per existing laws). ₹1,500/- 6. Overview: NISH is an autonomous organization registered as a society by the Social Justice Department, Government of Kerala. It is a comprehensive multi-purpose institute that focuses on the identification, intervention, rehabilitation, and education of individuals with disabilities. Since its inception in 1997, NISH has made significant contributions to improving the quality of life of individuals with disabilities and has taken pioneering efforts in implementing various programs for the disabled population across the state. NISH hosts a unique inclusive campus that accommodates students and staff with diverse abilities. 2. Scope: The scope of this tender document is intended for the supply of new, compatible, recycled toner cartridges for the 42 printers, each of different models as listed in annexure 1, installed within various departments on NISH campus. The supply of new, compatible, recycled toner cartridges is required for a duration of one year (2023-24), based on the departments' requirements. In this regard, NISH invites competitive sealed tenders from eligible/authorized suppliers/dealers of new, compatible recycled toner cartridges for NISH for the year 2023-24. 3. Pre- Qualification Criteria for Participating in the Tender The bidder must possess a valid registration copy of Commercial Tax (GST), the required service tax registration/PAN Number, and any applicable Excise registration. Documentary proof should be submitted as evidence. The bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility/banned/blacklisted by any state or central govt. institution in India for any reason. Declaration of the same shall be submitted in the letter head of the company duly signed by the competent authority. The bidder should be registered with the competent authority and the proof of the company registration shall be submitted. The bidder should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the supply of compatible recycled toner cartridges. Proof of the same, such as purchase orders or payment invoices, shall be submitted spanning across the year 22-23. The bidder should submit their price bid in the format provided in annexure 1. The bidder would be presumed to have read, fully understood and accepted all the terms and conditions and instructions contained in the tender document and parts/annexure thereof if he/she makes a bid. The competent authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender, if there exists noncompliance with tender terms, non-submission of required documents and supporting documents, etc., may result in the rejection of the bid. 4. Tender Terms & Conditions The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, transportation, and other incidental expenses and shall be net for the work at the site. Payment Terms: No advance payment will be made. Payment will be released at the end of each month for the completed supply, subject to certification and payment recommendation from the user department. The earnest money shall be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderer after the order is finalised and awarded. Incomplete tenders without EMD shall not be considered. Evaluation criteria: The evaluation of the bids shall be done by the internal technical evaluation committee on the basis of eligibility documents, demonstration (Clause 4) and price bid (Annexure1) submitted by the bidder mentioned in this tender document. Any defects/non-submission of documents will result in the disqualification of the bid. Tender forms: The tender document and price bid format can be obtained from the NISH website (www.nish.ac.in/tenders) Other Terms and Conditions: The selected bidder shall execute an agreement, copy of work order duly signed and sealed on all pages in token acceptance, required security deposit (5% of the total contract value), and other documents specified in the tender document.
