Description - Description: The objective of this procurement is for Northern Trains Limited (NTL) to enter into one or more framework agreements with one or more suppliers for the manufacture and supply of new rolling stock (with associated equipment and including where necessary supporting infrastructure) and associated technical support and spares supply services across multiple phases and lots.
