This hospital intends to procure the following items as mentioned below:-
Those vendors who are ready to supply the items as per above mentioned requirement are
requested to submit their quotations in two parts (i.e. Technical bid containing along with
sample/catalogue of the quoted item + GST regd. certificate) and Price bid (Basic Rate +
applicable GST). Both the bids to be sealed in separate envelopes mentioning Technical bid
and Price bid on the envelope then both sealed envelopes to be kept in a large sealed
envelope super scribing “Quotation for Orthopedics Dept. items due on 11.09.2023”
