Dear Sirs,
Quotations are invited from the reliable supplier/OEM/Indian Agent having in
the field of PCB fabrication for supply of PCBs as per below specifications. Kindly go
through the same and submit their competitive price subject to the terms and
conditions set out hereunder.
Eligibility of the bidders:
a) Minimum 3 years experience in the field of supplying Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
b) Capable of providing Group-A & Gr-B certificate (Mil Grade“ MIL-PRF-55110HW/Amendment 3”)) along with PCB:

GENERAL INSTRUCTION

i. Submission of Quotation through Email: Vendors may submit their quotation
through email (purchase@mmw.sameer.gov.in) with PASSWORD PROTECTED
file and password should be sent on completion of due date on intimation. You are
requested to fill the “subject” checkbox of the email with “Tender Ref No”. to
locate your email in mailbox.
OR
Submission of Quotation through post / by hand : Sealed quotation should
be submitted to the following address :

ii. Submission of Quotation through Email through post : In case of sealed
quotation, envelope should be superscribed tender Reference No on the envelope.
SAMEER will not be responsible for any postal delay.

Terms and Conditions:
i. Technical compliance Table should be filled up by the bidder as per
ANNEXURE as appended blow.
ii. Quoted price : For local-should be included freight, insurance, packing
charges etc as applicable.
i. For import- price will be quoted on FOB / FCA (Nearest
International Airport).
iii. GST: As applicable should be mentioned in the quotation.
iv. Custom duty: Suppliers may avail advantage of duty exemption. SAMEER
is registered with DSIR under the notification No. 51/96 -Customs for
exemption of Custom Duty only. Duty exemption certificate should be
processed at least 10 days in advance on intimation. Please note that
SAMEER will provide only duty exemption certificate. If there is any duty
over and above the exempted amount will be borne by you. Hence you
consider accordingly while quoting.
v. Payment : a) In case of local will be made after delivery and
installation (if applicable) by RTGS/NEFT. b) For import, will be done
through TT net 30 days of delivery.
vi. Certification: Group-A and Gr-B certificate (Mil Grade“ MIL-PRF55110H-W/Amendment 3”) must be provided along with for all
types of PCB, otherwise PCB will not be accepted.
vii. Bid evaluation process : Quotation will be evaluated as per enquiry by
tender committee and necessary clarification, if required, will be sought
through email from suppliers. After satisfaction of technical suitability
price will be taken into account in price comparison to arrive L1 bidder.
viii. Please provide the following information in support of experience in
PCB OF similar nature in last 3 years who have not participated in
SAMEER.
ix. Delivery: shall be made within 8 weeks (including Gr-A & Gr.-B
certification) after clearance of drawings otherwise penalty will be
imposed as deemed fit.

x. Warranty, as applicable , should be mentioned clearly.
xi. Validity of quotation should be minimum 45 days from the due date.
xii. SAMEER reserves the right to reject this tender without assigning any reason.
