Quotation is hereby invited from reputed firm/agcncy for supply of below mentioned items for Maharaja Jitendra Narayan Medical College, Cooch Behar. Interested parties arc requested to submit their quotation addressing to the Principal, Maharaja Jitendra Narayan Medical College, Cooch Behar. _
SL Nanic of the Items Quantity Rate
1. PVC 1D Card with Hôlder and Printed Lace including Designing 1 pc
Spécification for item 1 - a) Size: 8.5 cm x 5.4 cm, b) Material: PVC 1 mm thickncss card, c) Finish: Glossy, d) Décoration Area: Both Sidc, e) Good Quality Hôlder, f) Good Quality Cotton Printed Strap/lace.
Last date of submission of quotation is 28/06/2024 bcforc 2:00 PM. Photocopy of Update Trade Liccnsc, PAN Card, GST Registration Ccrtificate & Same ficld Crcdcntial Ccrtificate must bc submitted with the quotation document. Quotation will be opened on 28/06/2024 at 03:00 PM in the chambcr ofthe undersigned.
Terms & Conditions:-
1. The quotationcr shall hâve to quotc the offer rate of the item in figure and words clearly on an official pad, addressing to the Principal, M.J.N. Medical College, Cooch Behar.
2. Rate should be quoted, inclusive of ail type of chargcs/GST etc. per unit.
3. College will produce required data only for designing to the succcssful bidder.
4. The supply order will bc given to the succcssful bidder as selected by the sélection committee and supply should be made within 15 days from the date of issue of the supply order.
5. The selected party/Firm will be fully rcsponsiblc for supply of the items to MJN Medical College.
6. It may also be noted that in case the quality of items to bc supplicd is not up to the mark in the opinion of the College authority, the supplier will be bound to takc back the same without any claim and dispute etc. and the decision taken by the College Authority shall bc final and binding on the supplier.
7. The sélection committee has the right to acccpt or reject any quotation without arising any rcason.
8. Intending Quotationer may please note that no change in the quotation, once submitted, shall be entertaincd and quotations found incomplète, incorrect, crased, overwritten, tampered will be summarily rejected.
