Description - Description: The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The minimum amount of the framework agreement is €45,000 excluding VAT and its maximum amount is €200,000 excluding VAT over its total duration, i.e. 2 years from i ts notification date.The services are settled by unit prices.As part of its water policy, Bourges Plus must reserve drinking water, which is scarce in its territory and requires energy for its production, for priority uses.For external uses of water that do not require drinking water quality, the Bourges Plus Urban Community is continuing the 2024 experiment to deploy a program to provide rainwater recovery tanks in its territory in 2025 and 2026
