Description - Description: The purpose of the contract is the manufacture, painting, transport and delivery of the constituent parts of a rotating base in an oil bath to replace mercury bases. The services include: • Supply of materials; • Packaging, wrapping and delivery of the materials to the beaconing centres on the French mainland and overseas coasts, as well as any related administrative and customs procedures; • Production of material certificates and reports attesting to the functional checks and verifications carried out on the premises of the contractor; • Support (telephone availability of an identified operator, and travel in the event of persistent difficulties) for the trial assembly
