Sealed Tender Rates are invited for supply of Secondary Working Standards and Impurities with Certificate of Analysis and all the traceable documents as per the requirement, mentioned in Annexure A. 1. The tenders should be submitted in sealed envelope containing; (i) The Performa at Annexure–II and Annexure-III, duly filled along with relevant documents/ information. (ii) Acceptance of terms and conditions as per Annexure – I. 2. The sealed envelope should be superscribed with “Tender Rate Enquiry for supply of Secondary Working Standards and Impurities with Certificate of Analysis”. Tender should be addressed to the Director I/c, Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory, Sector 39-C, Chandigarh and be reached in this office within 21 days from the date of publishing of this tender, i.e.04.07.2024 and at 3:00 PM. 3. The quotations, so received will be opened on same day i.e. on 04.07.2024 and at 3:00 PM in presence of interested quotationer(s) or their authorized representatives. 4. Tender received after stipulated date &time will be rejected forthwith. 5. The competent authority in the RDTL reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions in the tender document or reject any or all applications (offers) or cancel the tenderwithout giving any notice or assigning any reason thereof. The decision of competent authority in this regard will be final and bindingRates quoted for Secondary Working Standards and Impurities with Certificate of Analysis should be inclusive of supply/ freight etc. and no extra payment will be made for supply of above items. Further, the quantity of the items may be changed according to the requirement of the Department. 2. The Certificate of Analysis of the supplied materials should be available on the online supplier’s own website. While Submitting the Tenders, the tendering firm shall have to furnish the proof of PAN No., GST, etc. as per Annexure-II. 3. The quotation duly filled in as per the instruction giving herein may be submitted directly or by post to this office up to 3:00 PM on dated: 04.07.2024. 4. The tender received after the due date and time or incomplete in any respect shall be summarily rejected. 5. The quotation so received will be opened on same day i.e. on 04.07.2024 at 3:30 PM in presence of interested Quotationer(s) or their authorized representatives. 6. No Advance payment would be made. Payment will be made only after the receipt of the complete supply of Secondary Working Standards and Impurities with Certificate of Analysis. 7. The supply of Secondary Working Standards and Impurities with Certificate of Analysis has to be made within the 21 days from the date of issue of the Purchase Order; otherwise the supply order will be cancelled. 8. Over-writing on the quotations must be avoided; otherwise, the quotations are likely to be rejected. The competent authority of this Laboratory reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, in whole or in part without assigning/ specifying any reason (s) thereof and the decision of the competent authority in the RDTL shall be final and binding on the contractor firm. 9. All the participating firms should ensure that the Secondary Working Standards and Impurities with Certificate of Analysis are of only Genuine, good quality and in good condition, if at any stage it is found that the item supplied is of sub-standard quality/inferior quality will be rejected forth with and the firm will be blacklisted. 10. Any dispute arising in the matter shall be resolved through an arbitrator to be nominated by the competent authority in RDTL.11. The contract shall be subjected to Indian Laws and jurisdiction of the court located in Chandigarh. 12.
