1- Tenders are invited, in two bid system (Technical Bid, Financial bid) , from experienced, reputed and
financially sound Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers for the Tendered Materials/equipment and registered
contractors for civil work, on or before last date of bid submission as per tender schedule. The tenders will
be opened as per schedule, before the bidders who may like to be present.
2- Bidder must have to submit his bid in one sealed envelope with clear mention of tender detail, and that
envelope covered two separate sealed envelope, in which one sealed envelope contains technical bid
document and another one sealed envelope contain financial bid document. Bidder must clear written
Technical bid and Financial bid over the respective envelope.
